PUA Tips: Top 5 tips for overcoming depression

depression pickup picture

PUA Picture am not exactly the most depressed person in the world, but every now and again I do feel the blues. When this happens I just sit back and think about a few things that I may need to work on to make myself feel better. Usually when I realize what it is I’m lacking, and work on it, then I always begin to feel like my normal, happier self. I’ve listed the most important building blocks to feeling better below…

1) Clean up your diet.

This right here is not just important, but should be a virtue. If you think you are going to be able to eat crap and feel like a million bucks all the time, then I got some bad news for you.

It’s necessary that you eat healthy and stay away from processed shit that you’ll find in pretty much all fast food. If you have a gut, then work on losing it. Always work toward becoming a healthier, better version of yourself.

2) Work out.

Accompanied with the dieting should be a healthy amount of physical activity. I suggest 3 times a week. A good hour with weights or some kind of intense muscle working activity, then a nice 20 minute walk after. Don’t forget to stretch before and after as well.

3) Cut down on partying.

Just like number 1, if you are putting garbage inside your body, then don’t expect to feel ready to conquer the world. I personally believe most of that “feel good sensation” we have when we aren’t depressed, just comes from energy. And if you are keeping your health in check, then you’ll have lots of energy.

4) Get a girlfriend.

In my opinion, I think everyone needs at least 1-2 women that they see every week on the regular. If you are just whacking it all the time and not having any real female intimacy (Sex.), then of course you’ll feel like a loser.

We are biological machines that have needs to run optimally. One of these needs is sex, so it is your job to figure out how to keep it coming in and it’s my job to teach you. So listen up!

5) Travel.

I know a few of my friends don’t have any desire to travel and are completely content in life. Nevertheless, if you aren’t content with your life, then why not at least try it. For me, travelling is my favorite hobby. If I could I would travel all year. I’ve never experienced anything more fulfilling.

I guarantee you will come back asking yourself why you even felt bad in the first place. It’s hard to feel bad when there are so many mindblowing places to visit on this planet. All with beautiful women wanting to sleep with you because you’re intriguingly different from what they are used to.

Furthermore…

Remember these five things the next time you begin to feel a little depressed. I bet you anything that you are lacking something from at least one of them. When you realize what it is, then change it. It’s not difficult, you just need to discipline yourself. So that’s it for today, now go out and meet some women!

PUA Tips: Top 4 dating tips for men in their 20s

20s dating advice

PUA Picture remember my 20s and how much fun they were, but I also remember the missed opportunities I also had because of lack of experience. I passed into my 30s not too long ago and I am going to share what I think everyone should here when in their 20s. So here goes…

20s dating advice pickup

1) Stay away from long term relationships:

As much as you may think you are ready, you are most likely not and neither is the girl you are dating. Most men aren’t realistically ready to settle down until their late 30s – so don’t be in a hurry to find “The one” anytime soon. Just enjoy your youth and take every hookup with a grain of salt.

2) Don’t have kids:

Although I did have kids in my 20s, I still advise strongly against it. Yea, you may still be relatively young when your kid is ready to go off to college, but you are going to be busting your ass 10 times more than you ever did the moment that kid is born.

So I advise to hold off until at least your late 30s. This way you will probably, not just have more money, but also have a better idea of what you want in a partner and much more game – so you can actually attract your ideal counterpart.

3) Date women to understand them:

In stead of just going out and hoping you get lucky, try new things and always be trying to learn more about women. Relate and try your best to empathize with them. Try to figure out how a woman looks at the world. When you can master this, then getting a woman comfortable enough to go home with you will be a breeze.

4) Work toward breaking 100 lays:

I remember when I first broke 100 lays… I felt like I hit a whole different level with women and you will too. You’d have to live it to understand what it feels like to look in a beautiful woman’s eyes in a bar, knowing you’ve been with 100 women as beautiful or more beautiful than her.

This is what I like to call reference confidence… it’s something that can’t be faked. Women smell this kind of experience. If you are always going for the hottest girl in the bar, then once you finally hit 100, meeting women will almost seem effortless.

Now that about does it…

This advice is aimed to allow you all to enjoy your 20s to your full potential. So keep it in mind if you are feeling lost and need some kind of guidance. That’s all I have for today, keep grinding!

PUA Tips: Top 5 habits that will change your life

succeed-2 pickup picture

S-design-1 pua pictureo awhile back I wrote a similar article, but I feel like it just grazed the surface of the importance of producing good habits. If you think about it deep enough, then you may come to the conclusion that good habits are the building blocks of a success lifestyle.

So that’s why I’ve put together a few of what I consider to be very valuable habits for everyone…

succeed pickup picture

1) Every month commit to a 30 day challenge.

Think long and hard about a habit that might benefit you. For some of you this, may be eating less junk or maybe just writing in a journal. After 30 days if you feel that this habit is helping, then keep it and start another challenge.

On the contrary, if it’s not helping, then throw it out. You don’t want to overcomplicate your life, simply try new things and see how they work for you. If they are having positive results, then continue. If not, then get rid of them; this goes for relationships as well.

2) Only celebrate success.

Many of us like to have an end of the week ritual where we go out and have a drink with some buddies. As normal as this may be, it can actually be problematic. You’ll get used to this and it will turn into more of an addiction than a celebration.

So I advise you to only go out when you’ve achieved something that you’ve been working for. For example, saving 10 grand or losing 20 pounds, etc. This way you aren’t just going out to go out. I guarantee you’ll enjoy the night 10 times more than if you were doing the same thing every week.

3) Only surround yourself with driven and successful people.

Some of you may be familiar with the adage…

“Your network is your networth.”

And that is exactly how the world works. If you are striving to improve the value of your network, you will notice your life improving in value as a side effect.

Don’t just sit around with the same people that you’ve known since you were a kid, unless they are striving to be great and are great. Life is too short not to take advantage of every opportunity that is within your grasp. So get to work and start looking for these people.

4) Actively look to befriend people smarter than you.

Another great adage I like is…

“If you’re the smartest person in the room, you’re in the wrong room.”

Yes, it may be a nice ego boost, but life is about evolution and growth. Never stop growing and pursuing new heights. If you just allow yourself to become satisfied with a regular life, then it will seem to dull with time.

So actively pursue new acquaintances that will help you grow and realize a higher meaning of life. You are the company you keep.

5) Join and go to the gym 3 times a week.

I know I’m always saying this, but it’s key – never neglect exercise. Everything flows from fitness. Whether it be confidence, motivation or even mental stability. When you look good, you feel and you do good – plain and simple.

Ultimately…

Following all this advice will allow you to solidify a more productive lifestyle and change your overall character as well. Habits are the building blocks of character, so if you are often thought of as someone with good character, then you most likely have good lifestyle habits also.

Well that’s all I’ve got for today, thanks for reading and don’t forget to keep hustling!
