PUA Tips: 5 ways to reduce Anxiety or Stress

PUA Picture am back once again to share some information that might help some of you as well as it helps me. I know we all have our own qualms with stress and anxiety – there is no telling what it can do to you if managed improperly. Since an excess level of stress can not only hurt you, but also decrease longevity, I’ve decided to list a few ways to combat this unwanted nuisance.

The following are…

1) Don’t waste your time with the wrong people.

Getting rid of toxic people in one’s life is a perfect example when it comes to ridding yourself of too much stress. Stay away from attention seekers or in general just stay away from insecure people. If you don’t have a good time with someone then they are toxic; plain and simple.

2) Exercise and eat healthy.

Yes I know… I say this all the time, but it’s because it works. So once again I will tell you to get your asses in the gym and don’t eat crappy food – it will do wonders.

3) Take an annual vacation.

Believe it or not taking a vacation once a year will increase focus and productivity when you get back. You’ll feel better, you’ll feel re-energized and have a more ambitious and positive outlook on your life when returning.

I have been doing this recently and I am so glad I started because I didn’t realize how much I’ve been missing in other parts of the world. I am more motivated to go to work and make money because, quite frankly, I can’t wait to go on another vacation. I might add that I am less inclined to spend money on useless garbage as well.

4) Meditate.

I have been doing this for a few years now and I have to say I am so glad I discovered the benefits of meditation. I never realized that such a simple practice can have such a heavy impact on my life.

All I do is lay on my bed and relax my whole body – this means unclenching my jaw, letting my shoulders relax and just allowing my mind to let go of all thoughts or worries for 30-45 minutes. Just feel your body relaxing and after a few minutes you will notice the stress begin to melt away.

5) Have sex at least once a week.

This is where pickup can come in handy of course. Finding a casual sex partner or a sexually active girlfriend is perfect. There are plenty of options out there, if you just have the balls to go out and talk to some women then I’m sure you’ll find someone. Furthermore…

When growing plants a grower can seriously harm them when exposing them to stress. This can be heat, cold, lack of nutrients, etc. Humans are similar and that is why we must learn to regulate the amount of stress in our lives. It’s important to decrease stress as much as possible and the aforementioned advice will do just that.
