PUA Tips: 5 ways to stay motivated:

A lot of us, at times, feel in need of an extra push, because of whatever circumstances and we may be unsure on how to get it. So I decided to put together a simple list of 5 ways to keep yourself pushing forward without falling back.

#1-Visualize yourself on top:

Picture in your mind who you want to be 20 years from now. Think about what you want to be doing with your life.

What are you wearing?

Are you driving a nice car?

Do you have on a nice suit?

#2-Reflect on the bad:

This is where you reflect on all the things in your life that you are unhappy with; all the “CRAP” in your life. Here you think about what you need to do to change that “CRAP”. Think about those bad things that piss you off and how much they piss you off until you get angry.

Did a girl you like not want you?

Did your girlfriend break up with you or cheat on you?

Did you get bullied?

Do you want be a failure?

#3-Analyze the rewards:

Look at where you are right now in life. Where were you 2 years before and how much did you progress?

Think about how much you accomplished. Do you want to accomplish more and how would it benefit you?

What kinds of rewards would you get if you accomplish more?

#4-Make it fun and meaningful with music:

Whether you need motivation for exercise or motivation for school. There are a lot of channels to use in order to steer yourself in the right direction fun and productively. But one in particular is listening to music. Listen to music that keeps you up and stimulates your emotions in a non-discouraging way. This is a perfect activity for a boost.

#5-Drink some coffee:

This is self-explanatory but under-rated in how effective it truly is. Just hit up your local Starbucks for a nice shot of motivation. This stuff is no joke and if you want to stay working hard then this will keep you going.

So now we got that out of the way, I’m going to go for a 2 mile walk and make sure I get a good swig of espresso right before.
